We fall under the special VAT exemption scheme for small enterprises (art. 56bis Belgian VAT Code), so no VAT is charged.

2. Products

MagicFancyworks offers two types of products:

• Digital products (e.g. embroidery patterns, digital files) — delivered by email
• Physical products (e.g. handmade patches) — delivered by post

Product descriptions on the website are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in colour or size may occur due to the handmade nature.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are shown in euros (EUR)
• No VAT is charged under the special exemption scheme for small enterprises (art. 56bis Belgian VAT Code)
• Payment is processed via PayPal
• Shipping costs for physical products are displayed during checkout and depend on the destination country

4. Ordering

The order is concluded after payment via PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is approved. MagicFancyworks reserves the right to refuse orders in case of suspected fraud, abuse or an obviously incorrect order.

5. Delivery

Digital products: The download link is sent by email within 48 hours of payment approval. The link is valid for 72 hours and can only be used once.

Physical products: Shipped within 10 business days of payment approval. Shipping costs are confirmed during checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Digital products: The right of withdrawal ends once digital delivery begins, provided that you expressly requested in advance that delivery start during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Physical products: You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract from the day of receipt. Return shipping is at the consumer's expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.

7. Warranty and Complaints

Physical products are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee. If a digital file is corrupted or inaccessible, please contact us as soon as possible; this does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual Property

• Embroidery patterns are for personal use or for use on items you sell yourself
• It is not permitted to copy, share, resell or reproduce the digital files in any way
• Designs may not be published as your own work

9. Liability

MagicFancyworks is not liable for:

• Damage resulting from incorrect use of the embroidery patterns
• Technical problems on the customer's side (e.g. incompatible embroidery machine)
• Failure of third parties (PayPal, email service, hosting)

10. Disputes

In case of disputes, Belgian law applies. If no amicable solution is reached, consumers may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service.
